About Us

Edica-Garnett Partners (EGP) is composed of former Arthur D. Little, Inc. senior staff and industry seasoned performers. We orchestrate our engagements from the U.S. with support globally from our venture and alliance partners and deploy and operate in North America, Europe, China, India, ASEAN and Latin American regions. EGP focuses on business and globalization strategies, including effective market entry, Mergers & Acquisitions and venture structuring, innovation and R&D effectiveness. Our clients tend to operate in technology-driven industries where EGP can effectively deploy its commercial, operational, technical and international capabilities and deliver profitable results. In today's increasingly technologically complex world, EGP helps clients to effectively align strategy and execution activities, particularly in globalization, innovation, market entry, operations, and M&A initiatives. We combine our experience and expertise in a broad range of industries, technologies and functional disciplines with the market and technical knowledge of our client staff to develop the insights, strategy and actions that lead to success. Our approach leads to organizational learning, building skills within client teams that can support the business going forward.

Company history
Edica-Garnett Partners was established in 2007 via the merger of Garnett Consulting and Edica LLC.

Garnett Consulting was founded in 1996 by a former Arthur D. Little Director and later came under the leadership of another Arthur D. Little Principal, David Hurwitz. From its inception it was dedicated to provide personalized management consulting services and decision making support for clients in the petrochemicals, plastics, specialty and fine chemicals, life sciences, advanced materials, food ingredients and allied industries.

Edica LLC, formed in 2001 by Marc E. Kalton, an Arthur D. Little Market Director for Asia-Pacific,
initially focused on chemicals, polymers & materials and energy globalization strategies. However, as a result of Mr. Kalton's extensive Asia-Pacific experience and regional partner network, the practice quickly extented to industrial, automotive and consumer products manufacturing, as well as business and market development in China and India: setting-up factories in Asia-Pacific, retail chains in India and the outsourcing of manufactured goods and services from these same locations.

Together, Edica-Garnett Partners focuses on strategy and implementation, market entry and growth in rapidly developing economies, M&A support, innovation, performance improvement and executive decision making.
